Adams Generators is seeking a Brand Ambassador to join our team in Elkhorn, WI. This role is designed for individuals who have a passion for customer service and enjoy engaging with people. The Brand Ambassador will work closely with our sales and marketing division to achieve its marketing goals and objectives. This includes communicating the value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback, and representing the brand at launches and events. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and networking skills, and previous experience as a brand ambassador or in a similar role is strongly desired. Knowledge of sales and marketing principles is also essential for success in this position. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up marketing displays and ensuring that the brand's advertising materials are strategically positioned. You will need to formulate, develop, and maintain strong communication links with customers, representing the brand positively. Working with the sales and marketing divisions, you will understand the goals and objectives of Adams Generators and plan awareness programs to reach prospective customers. Providing insights and feedback on brand-related issues will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Professionalism is crucial when dealing with customers, as you will be the face of the brand. To qualify for this role, candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and some experience in a customer-facing role where sales concepts were utilized. Reliable transportation is necessary to travel between two large retail box stores in Lake Zurich, IL, and Lake in the Hills, IL. The schedule for this position is flexible, with a minimum requirement of twenty hours per week for part-time employees. Full-time employees will be eligible for comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as 401(k) matching, paid time off, and paid holidays. The pay for this role ranges from $18 to $20 per hour.
