About the position

The Brand Ambassador role at Jetty Extracts involves representing the company and its products in a positive and professional manner at various retail and outside events. This position supports the Sales and Marketing teams by implementing retail events, conducting staff training, and promoting the Jetty Extracts brand through effective communication and relationship-building with account partners and consumers.

Responsibilities

  • Support Sales and Marketing teams in the field through top-level implementation of retail events, staff/product training, and visual/digital marketing efforts.
  • Represent the company and Jetty Extracts brand positively at all retail events, outside events, and on social media.
  • Maintain high-level brand knowledge and effectively communicate brand history and product benefits to account partners, dispensary staff, and consumers.
  • Activate retail accounts in your territory by facilitating staff training, in-store demos, promoting events, and merchandising product displays.
  • Monitor account list in collaboration with Sales and Marketing team to maintain cohesion with Jetty Brand guidelines in-store and online.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with account and dispensary contacts.
  • Collaborate with Sales team to identify account needs, inventory gaps, growth opportunities, and quickly bring solutions to the retail account.
  • Generate weekly reports around displays, staff trainings, and events in your territory for sales and marketing team to review via CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • 2+ years of experience in events, retail, customer service, or related field.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule within a 5-day schedule.
  • Excellent time-management skills.
  • Sales skills, including overcoming objections, active listening, and negotiation skills.
