This position requires engaging with customers, demonstrating product usage, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless shopping journey.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with customers as they enter the store and demonstrating how the products work.
• Assisting customers throughout their end-to-end experience to ensure a smooth and seamless journey from onboarding to checkout.
• Acting as the go-to resource for all customer and store team needs by resolving customer issues as they arise.
• Gathering feedback from customers and reporting on their experience.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Bachelor's degree.
