The Brand Ambassador provides the first interaction with a homeowner and is the driving force of the Marketing Department. This position is crucial as Brand Ambassadors are assigned to dedicated big box stores and are responsible for engaging with customers to promote the company's products and services. They will also participate in trade shows, boat shows, community events, fairs, and other venues where the company can showcase its offerings. The ideal candidate for this role should possess high energy and strong face-to-face communication skills. Brand Ambassadors will utilize their communication skills to increase brand awareness and generate leads for the sales team. Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers at dedicated big box stores to promote products and services.
  • Participate in trade shows, boat shows, community events, and fairs to increase brand visibility.
  • Utilize face-to-face communication skills to generate leads for the sales team.
  • Provide the first interaction with homeowners and represent the company positively.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve marketing goals.

Requirements

  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must be able to stand for a period of 8 - 10 hours daily.
  • Valid driver's license is a plus.

  • Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
