About the position

As a Brand Ambassador at EverDry Waterproofing, you will play a crucial role in representing our company and its award-winning products and services. You will be responsible for generating interest and creating a need for our home improvement solutions, leveraging your outgoing personality and excellent communication skills. Your work schedule will typically be Monday to Thursday from 9 AM to 7 PM or Tuesday to Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. You will receive comprehensive paid training to equip you with the knowledge necessary to effectively share our story and connect with potential customers. Additionally, transportation will be provided for your convenience. At EverDry Waterproofing, we believe in unlimited earning potential, which means you will have the opportunity to create your own paycheck through a combination of hourly pay and uncapped commissions. Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers to generate interest in home improvement products and services.
  • Represent the company positively and professionally in all interactions.
  • Participate in paid training to learn about the company's offerings and sales techniques.
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills to assist clients and address their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the Ambassadors team to achieve sales goals and targets.

Requirements

  • Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Previous experience in customer acquisition or sales is preferred, with at least 2 years of experience.
