About the position

We are seeking enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to join our street team in Greenville, NC, for an exciting promotional campaign aimed at increasing awareness and driving sales for a popular cable company. This role is crucial as we approach the back-to-university season, and we need dedicated individuals to help distribute flyers and engage with students and prospects in and around the campus area. The Brand Ambassadors will be responsible for handing out promotional materials, including flyers and swag, while also providing key talking points to effectively communicate the benefits of the service being promoted. This is a temporary position with specific event dates, and we are looking for a team lead as well as additional brand ambassadors to ensure a successful campaign. The events will take place from August 12th to August 16th and again on August 19th and August 22nd, with set hours each day. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in marketing and promotions while earning competitive pay.

Responsibilities

• Distribute flyers to students and prospects walking in and around the campus footprint.
• Engage with customers and prospects, providing key talking points about the cable company.
• Hand out promotional swag to increase brand visibility.
• Work collaboratively with the team lead and other brand ambassadors to ensure effective outreach during events.

Requirements

• Must be available for the specified event dates and times.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with the public.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions from the team lead.
