About the position

The Brand and Content Marketing Manager will oversee all brand and content marketing activities for MAX in Indonesia, reporting to the Senior Director of Brand and Content Marketing for Southeast Asia. This role focuses on developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that resonate culturally and engage audiences effectively. The manager will lead campaign development and management for significant brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals and audience engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the brand and content marketing strategy to bring Max to audiences in Indonesia.
  • Collaborate with the regional marketing team and agency partners in the development and execution of Max's launch and ongoing brand and content marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in driving the comprehensive brand management process, leading a campaign from start to finish with minimal supervision.
  • Contribute to developing brand strategy and crafting a meaningful 360-degree campaign brief that aligns with broader brand, audience, and channel strategies.
  • Help guide campaigns across the organization, ensuring partners are aligned and providing approvals throughout the process.
  • Prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, even if they are at different stages of execution and development.
  • Work closely with Insights & Research to optimize campaigns based on consumer data and framework mapping, while addressing the need for trend-based, insight-driven solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; 5+ years' experience in marketing, ideally within an entertainment, DTC or consumer marketing company.
  • Proven experience leveraging performance and audience data to inform successful influencer campaigns.
  • Experience with project management, with a proven record to drive strategic frameworks all the way through execution.
  • Familiarity with audience behaviors and successful content strategies, capable of extracting consumer and communication insights from content.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across the organization with employees at all levels.
  • Operate with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects at a fast pace and high volume.
  • Self-starter who brings campaigns to market, develops new practices, and is dedicated to analyzing growth through metrics.
  • Effective collaborator, comfortable working well under pressure with tight and changing deadlines.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • Savvy in building presentation decks and able to synthesize one-line positioning and visualizing proposals.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • A genuine, enthusiastic and passionate fan of entertainment, pop culture, new trends and HBO.
