About the position

Anatomage, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand and Content Marketing Manager to lead their marketing team. This role involves strategizing, developing, executing, and optimizing content strategies that align with the company's goals and enhance brand visibility. The manager will oversee various content-related initiatives, including product launches and branding campaigns, while collaborating with multiple departments to ensure cohesive messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive content strategies, including quarterly content and targeted advertising campaigns.
  • Develop, maintain, and refine the core messaging for the company's brand, products, and value propositions.
  • Spearhead product marketing launch campaigns by crafting compelling messaging and producing high-impact promotional material.
  • Act as the primary resource for developing a wide range of content, including advertisements, company collateral, and blog posts.
  • Write engaging video scripts and collaborate with the production team to create high-quality video content.
  • Oversee Anatomage's webinar programs, including selecting speakers and reviewing content.
  • Create, maintain, and update website content, providing support for website feature development.
  • Assist in creating media lists and conducting outreach for new product launches.
  • Oversee and analyze the visual performance of content marketing initiatives using metrics and KPIs.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing content team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Medical Science or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand and content marketing, preferably in the healthcare or education technology industry.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proven experience with content management systems.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and email marketing.
  • Creative thinking and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience with design tools such as HTML, CSS, and WordPress.
