About the position

The Brand Assistant at The Lede Company will support a variety of accounts in the Fashion, Beauty, CPG, and Lifestyle sectors. This role involves administrative tasks, assisting in the creation of presentations and media materials, conducting research, and supporting client projects from ideation to execution. The assistant will also coordinate logistics for events and contribute to reporting across all clients.

Responsibilities

  • Support approximately 4 - 6 accounts (includes retainer accounts and projects)
  • Perform administrative duties (scheduling, expenses, booking travel etc.)
  • Assist in creating professional and client-ready presentations or excel spreadsheets
  • Assist in drafting press releases, pitches, and other supporting media materials as necessary
  • Conduct business research
  • Support client projects from the brainstorm/ideation phase to plan development, execution, and reporting
  • Work alongside partner teams within the agency as well as client partner agencies
  • Support onsite at events, coordination of logistics all stages of programming, coordination of retail promotions
  • Contribute to monthly, project or event reporting and recaps across all clients
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Ability to work overtime and on-site four days a week

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in communications, english, public relations or marketing
  • PR agency or relevant in-house professional work experience required
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Business acumen with the ability to communicate across departments within the organization
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suite of products
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Deep understanding of pop-culture
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing
  • Takes initiative and is resourceful
