The CAA Brand Consulting Account Manager will play a key role on the Hospitality team, focusing on leading the 365 Hospitality service offering. This position involves the day-to-day management and execution of all tickets and hospitality-based programming, including ticket banks, season tickets, concert and event passes, and suite programs across multiple venues. The candidate will interface daily with clients and work cross-functionally with internal teams, external vendors, clients, and property partners. CAA Brand Consulting is a strategy-led, full-service marketing agency that combines expertise in Cultural and Consumer Insights, Data and Analytics, Talent/Influencer and Property Partnership Advisory, Experiential, Social Impact, Creative Services, and Content and Digital Strategy. These integrated capabilities come together to offer solutions from planning through execution, ensuring that strategies are reflective of the marketplace and culture. The role requires designing and planning a wide range of event types, from high-touch executive events to experiential hospitality for consumer-facing audiences. The Account Manager will interact with senior-level, C-suite executives to help clients retain and deepen relationships, ensuring a high-quality client experience throughout the event lifecycle. Responsibilities also include overseeing a dedicated team, conducting pre-planning and management for events, developing client relationships, and delivering compelling communications and presentations. A moderate amount of domestic event travel will be required, including evenings and weekends, along with other administrative duties as assigned.
