About the position

The Creative Director, Experiential at CAA Brand Consulting will lead and inspire a talented team to create innovative and immersive experiences for a telecom client, focusing on sports and entertainment. This role involves conceptualizing and executing standout campaigns that enhance brand awareness and captivate audiences, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in experiential marketing and a proven track record of delivering exceptional creative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct creative campaigns, experiential, and brand activations for clients.
  • Develop strategic-based creative concepts that align with client objectives and industry trends.
  • Inspire and nurture a team of creatives, art directors, copywriters, and designers.
  • Collaborate with other creative specialists to build best-in-class creative solutions.
  • Deliver an overarching strategic vision based on client business and brand objectives.
  • Offer creative counsel to account teams and clients, leading idea workshops.
  • Craft compelling presentations that effectively communicate creative concepts.
  • Re-imagine immersive experiences and redefine fan journeys using cutting-edge technology.
  • Leverage consumer insights and market research to inform creative strategies.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in the Creative space.
  • Proven 5+ years of experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful experiential campaigns and activations.
  • In-depth understanding of current trends in experiential marketing and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to provide overarching creative direction and technical execution capabilities.
  • Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Understanding of partnership marketing and translating brand stories into experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Passion for sports, entertainment, live events, youth, and pop culture.
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter with a proactive attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
