In this role, the Senior Account Manager will be integral to the clients' hospitality team, focusing on leading the 365 Hospitality service offering. This position involves the day-to-day management and execution of ticket and hospitality-based programming, which includes ticket banks, season tickets, concert and event passes, and suite programs across multiple venues. The Senior Account Manager will interface daily with clients and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, external vendors, and property partners to ensure seamless execution of hospitality services. The CAA Brand Consulting department is a strategy-led, full-service marketing agency that specializes in Cultural and Consumer Insights, Data and Analytics, Talent/Influencer and Property Partnership Advisory, Experiential, Social Impact, Creative Services, and Content and Digital Strategy. The integrated capabilities of this department provide comprehensive solutions from planning through execution, ensuring that diverse thinking is applied to each client brief to reflect the marketplace and culture effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Design and plan a wide range of event types, including national, scalable, sports and entertainment-based events.
  • Interact with senior-level, C-suite executives to help clients retain and deepen relationships with their existing clients.
  • Continuously improve the end-to-end client experience, ensuring high-quality delivery at all attendee touch points throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Help design and review event-related materials such as registration websites, invitations, follow-up communications, and on-site signage.
  • Oversee a team of 5 dedicated members focused on hosted suite nights across 4 major markets, ensuring consistency in processes and hosting experiences.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients on assigned projects, managing multiple projects and budgets autonomously.
  • Lead the development of concepts and facilitate the creative approval process for events.
  • Conduct client calls and provide expert opinions on event planning and execution.
  • Manage account staff and represent CAA Brand Consulting at key industry events.
  • Handle budget development, tracking, and reconciliation for events.
  • Conduct pre-planning, management, and implementation for events, including vendor selection, contract review, and event activation plans.
  • Develop relationships with clients as a trusted advisor, driving business/projects forward.
  • Travel domestically for events, including evenings and weekends as required.
  • Perform additional administrative duties and assist with other events and hospitality programs as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of demonstrated experience in event planning/execution and ticket management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extensive experience planning hospitality and B2B programs.
  • A passion for hospitality, sports & entertainment, celebrity & lifestyle culture.
  • Demonstrated experience in positions requiring discretion, judgment, tact, and poise; must be reliable and trustworthy.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects, manage deadlines, coordinate timelines, and perform under pressure with strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to take initiative and handle tasks of any size, demonstrating a hands-on approach.
  • Solid understanding of planning and orchestrating engaging events in a scalable manner.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in handling ambiguity and evolving circumstances.
  • Ability to lead client meetings and keep all parties on task, on time, and on budget.
  • Strong fiscal approach with excellent budget management and forecasting skills.
  • Proven on-site execution experience.
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, holidays, and domestic travel.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for experiential decks and run of show planning.

Nice-to-haves

  • Understanding of sports and entertainment and sponsorship is a plus.
  • Experience providing strategic thinking to clients, including identifying, analyzing, problem-solving, and responding to opportunities and challenges.
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and ability to innovate product and service offerings.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $83,000-$110,000.
  • Eligibility for benefits and discretionary bonus.
