The Brand Content and Social Media Manager at Raffles Hotels & Resorts will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's online presence and engagement. This position is responsible for developing a comprehensive strategy that enhances Raffles' positioning as a symbol of enchanted glamour and legendary service across various social media platforms. Reporting directly to the SVP Global Head of Brand Raffles, the manager will oversee the management of key social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The role requires the creation of tailored social media strategies for each platform, with a focus on adapting to evolving trends, algorithms, and user behaviors. The manager will be tasked with developing, planning, and executing a social media calendar that encompasses all organic social channels, ensuring that content is timely, relevant, and engaging. Additionally, the manager will review and provide constructive feedback on individual hotel social media strategies and content to maintain brand consistency across all properties. A critical aspect of this role is to facilitate effective communication between the brand and individual hotels regarding social media and content best practices. The manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing a global content strategy that aligns with Raffles' vision and goals, both at the brand and property levels.
