About the position

The Brand & Creative Project Specialist at Lions Clubs International plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the Brand & Creative Department. This position involves project management, traffic coordination, and media management to ensure the successful execution of creative initiatives and alignment with strategic objectives. The specialist will collaborate with various team members and manage resources effectively to enhance overall efficiency in delivering impactful projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily project management tasks for the Brand & Creative Department.
• Work closely with key contributors to ensure the smooth execution of creative initiatives and media projects.
• Implement, monitor, and update projects utilizing project management software.
• Leverage project management tools to track project progress, manage tasks, and facilitate team collaboration.
• Lead traffic management operations to optimize capacity and allocate resources effectively across projects.
• Collaborate with Account Leads and Project Managers to provide insights into team workloads and recommend optimal resource allocations.
• Assist in the management of media needs for the association, including sourcing and tracking photographers.
• Support the Social Media team with ongoing channel management, video uploading, and performance tracking.
• Contribute to annual Brand & Creative team program planning and initiatives.
• Review annual contracts to ensure scope of work is accurate and support relationships with media vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Communications, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrated experience working in creative roles or similar background.
