About the position

As a Brand Development Manager at Bozzuto, you will lead a creative brand development team focused on building economic value and inspiring loyalty in the Bozzuto brand. Your role involves managing the brand development and launch process for various assets, ensuring alignment with internal and external clients, and crafting innovative strategies that enhance customer experiences. You will be responsible for executing launch plans, supporting lease-up efforts, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders while promoting a culture of creativity and professional growth within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of assets through the brand development and launch process from construction to opening and lease-up.
  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing, Brand Development to ensure timely and budget-compliant deliverables that adhere to brand standards.
  • Lead agency selection and provide creative direction to develop original positioning, visual identity, and digital strategies.
  • Craft and execute launch plans that consider submarket nuances to deliver lead volume and support customer acquisition and retention goals.
  • Partner with operations to recommend and implement effective marketing and programming strategies.
  • Support asset lease-up by providing timely budgets and marketing performance reports.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with owners, team members, internal customers, and vendors.
  • Participate in client presentations to support business development initiatives.
  • Inspire the professional growth of team members and foster a culture of innovation and creativity.
  • Lead by example, modeling standards and behaviors consistent with Bozzuto's core values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or University, preferably in Marketing or a related field.
  • 6 - 8 years of marketing experience.
  • Previous agency or in-house experience leading brand development and product launch efforts.
  • A track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven success in managing simultaneous projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Expertise in launching marketing plans and advertising campaigns from media planning to optimization.
  • Experience in leading agency efforts and managing different stakeholders.
  • Previous marketing experience in the multifamily real estate or hospitality industries preferred.
  • Adobe Photoshop and InDesign experience preferred.
