About the position

The Brand Experience Specialist at Tachus is responsible for driving customer acquisition by creating impactful brand experiences through various events in the community. This role involves overseeing event strategies, managing team members, and ensuring successful execution of events that promote Tachus as a trusted Internet provider. The position requires collaboration across departments and includes responsibilities such as vendor management, tracking ROI, and supporting the marketing department's overall goals.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and contribute to Tachus event strategy, identifying key opportunities and locations for events.
  • Secure event dates, times, and locations; train team members to staff events.
  • Set up and run events from start to finish, maintaining communication and attendance records.
  • Negotiate agreements for small event venues with final approval from marketing leadership.
  • Analyze, track, and report on event ROI based on pre-set goals and budget.
  • Work with marketing leaders to organize and staff events with company representatives and brand ambassadors.
  • Collaborate with creative and brand agencies to ensure event marketing reflects the Tachus brand.
  • Coordinate with social media, email, and digital teams for event marketing and follow-up.
  • Drive customer acquisition through onsite activations.
  • Order and track all event inventory including collateral and supplies.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required.
  • 2+ years experience in event marketing, including planning and budget management.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and resources.
  • Flexible schedule to coordinate marketing events outside normal hours.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools such as direct mail, print media, email, and social media.
  • Experience promoting brands through various marketing channels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter with analytical, detail-oriented, and project management skills.
  • Expert computer skills with Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM & Hubspot.
  • Strong interpersonal and team-relational skills.
