About the position

The Brand Governance position is a part-time contract role focused on maintaining brand standards and ensuring consistency across a technology and manufacturing client. The role requires a detail-oriented brand specialist to work remotely, providing support and guidance based on established brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries, providing knowledgeable support based on brand guidelines and standards.
  • Review designs for logo placement, colors, and other key brand elements, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Keep the Brand Portal in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) tool up to date by uploading the latest documents or files and identifying resources for employees.
  • Regularly update the brand standards website to ensure it remains user-friendly and relevant, including reviewing and updating copy, uploading new files, and identifying resources for employees.
  • Create educational materials for the brand, such as FAQs and tips on common mistakes.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and writing skills.
