About the position

Urgo Medical North America (UMNA) is seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to join our team as the Brand Growth Manager for our Compression portfolio, UrgoK2. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to shape the Compression market. The successful candidate will combine marketing expertise, data analysis, customer insights, and product knowledge to drive sales growth, market share, and enable the Sales Account Managers. This role emphasizes collaboration with the sales team to ensure alignment and maximize results in a fast-paced, innovative environment. As the Brand Growth Manager, you will be responsible for identifying market trends and customer needs to develop effective marketing strategies. You will analyze sales data and market research to inform your decisions and create targeted campaigns that resonate with our audience. Your ability to work cross-functionally with various teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, will be crucial in achieving our business objectives. You will also be expected to monitor the competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain our leadership position in the market. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong focus on results. You will be expected to present your findings and recommendations to senior management, making strong communication skills essential.
