About the position

The Brand Image Manager for Product Presentation at Ralph Lauren is responsible for managing the brand's aesthetic and creating a memorable shopping experience for customers. This role involves executing and maintaining elevated product presentation strategies that align with the Ralph Lauren brand identity. The manager will oversee the planning and execution of interior changeovers, which includes monthly floor mapping, product delivery planning, and effective communication with store teams. Daily maintenance of store presentations is crucial, ensuring that displays are updated, new product arrivals are showcased, and the overall aesthetic of each location is upheld. In addition to managing store presentations, the Brand Image Manager will provide training to store line teams on best practices for retail presentation strategies. This includes establishing standards, procedures, and expectations that align with the global brand image. Conducting daily walkthroughs of store locations is essential to identify opportunities for improvement and to maintain the creative appearance of each store. The manager will also cultivate strong business relationships with cross-functional partners to ensure that business needs are met in a manner that is consistent with the brand's image. The role requires maintaining a rolling creative calendar for store changes and updates, ensuring alignment with all business partners. Financial management is also a key responsibility, including timely completion of corporate card expense reporting. The Brand Image Manager will leverage department resources, such as Microsoft Teams, to stay informed about directives, showrooms, advertising, product deliveries, and buys. Additionally, the manager will assemble photo recaps of installations for store team maintenance and departmental documentation, while also keeping an eye on creative competition to report insights back to management. Support for new store openings, special projects, and showroom installations will also be part of the role.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience with visual presentation and rigging in a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage and travel to multiple store locations.
  • Ability to conduct installations outside of standard working hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • General computer proficiency including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Passion and affinity for the Ralph Lauren brand.
