About the position

The In-House Creative Director for Four Seasons' luxury lifestyle brand is responsible for leading the brand's visual identity and creative strategy. This role involves overseeing a team of creatives, developing innovative concepts, and ensuring brand consistency across various mediums. The position is crucial for maintaining the brand's reputation for luxury and sophistication while driving engagement and aligning creative efforts with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the creative direction and vision for the luxury lifestyle brand.
  • Ensure alignment with brand values, target audience, and business objectives.
  • Generate innovative concepts for campaigns, marketing materials, and product packaging.
  • Inspire and lead a team of designers, art directors, copywriters, and creatives.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages excellence and growth.
  • Guide and mentor team members in creative execution and development.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Ensure consistent application in print, digital, social media, and experiential campaigns.
  • Maintain the highest standards of aesthetic appeal and brand authenticity.
  • Oversee the entire creative process from concept to execution.
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative strategies with business goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer insights, and emerging technologies.
  • Drive innovation by applying knowledge to enhance the brand's competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in a creative leadership role within luxury lifestyle or fashion industry.
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design, creative strategy, and brand storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership abilities and successful team management experience.
  • Strategic thinking and deep understanding of luxury branding and consumer behavior.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
