About the position

The Brand Journalism Producer at Lambert is responsible for leading multimedia storytelling projects that engage clients and their audiences. This role requires a creative individual who can manage the entire production process, from ideation to execution, while ensuring clear communication and collaboration with clients and internal teams. The producer will utilize various storytelling techniques, including video, audio, and social media, to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main client contact for assigned Brand Journalism projects, understanding the project’s purpose and subject matter.
  • Lead Brand Journalism projects from start to finish, including writing proposals, participating in strategy sessions, and reporting on project status.
  • Collaborate with account teams to conceptualize storytelling strategies that align with client goals and target audiences.
  • Coordinate and manage the video production process, including creative direction, research, pre-production, and post-production tasks.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing production teams and ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative storytelling techniques into projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Journalism, Film Production, Multimedia Arts, Communications) or equivalent experience.
  • 3-4 years of proven experience in client communications, video production, and content development for social and digital media.
  • Proficient in industry-standard software for producing, writing, and editing (e.g., Word, Excel, Adobe products, Dropbox, Vimeo, Google Drive, Streamyard).
  • Outstanding project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
