About the position

The Brand Manager, Marketing - Beverage role will sharpen your leadership, strategic & execution skills. You will be responsible for driving growth for the brand by building and executing plans to meet annual brand, finance & share objectives. Responsibilities include the development of insight-driven marketing strategies, brand positioning, innovation, communication & long-term category vision. The Brand Manager will also support their Director, Marketing in developing the vision and strategic long-range planning for the V8 portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a compelling and achievable vision for the V8 100% Fruit and Veg and V8 Splash portfolio.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (H2 Innovation, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D and Sales Strategy & Planning) to effectively commercialize and execute plans with excellence and proactively look for opportunities to improve margins.
  • Lead business analytics (share, competitive, consumption drivers), monitor performance against business objectives and recommend course corrections as needed.
  • Manage monthly consumption analysis and volume forecast, working with demand planning & sales strategy to deliver accurate forecast.
  • Identify risks and opportunities to deliver on annual operating plan.
  • Develop innovation pipeline (line extensions, renovation, new pack/format) from concept development to in-market execution.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through stage gate and commercialization process.
  • Collaborate with key partners across sales & insights teams to develop compelling sell-in story and materials.
  • Develop and execute creative strategies / big ideas, marketing programs, and corresponding tactics.
  • Work with agency partners to develop tactics consistent with the brand positioning and consumer target.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support for two direct reports, fostering their professional growth and ensuring alignment with team goals and company values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 5 years experience with heavy emphasis of experience in product/brand marketing
  • People leadership experience

Nice-to-haves

  • MBA strongly preferred
  • Beverage experience preferred
  • Experience managing a portfolio of products
  • Experience with brand turnaround
