We are seeking a Brand Manager for Global Brand Development & Marketing to support our Franchise and Licensed Gaming Business! This role will support the Global Franchise product development and marketing processes, line planning activities, brand strategy, and data analysis to drive the Clue, Licensed, and Exclusives Gaming business! The focus will be on delivering insight-driven new products and highly impactful partnerships to grow the top brands in the Hasbro Gaming Portfolio, particularly focusing on Clue as well as Preschool, Kids, Family, and Adult gaming licensed collaborations. A day in the life as a Brand Manager includes partnering with cross-functional teams to uncover and develop new business opportunities, driving product innovations with Design & Development teams to create a continuous pipeline of relevant product initiatives, and leading all Product Management checkpoints for multiple products. The Brand Manager will demonstrate strong analytical skills and become the global consumer insights and competitive market segment specialist to contribute to insight-led product development. Additionally, this role will lead line planning activities including P2M & HDM forecasting, ensuring the integrity of that information throughout internal systems, and identifying entertainment and licensed opportunities while serving as a key marketing contact for Licensors. The Brand Manager will also manage accounts for assigned licensed partners by delivering regular financial forecast reports and supporting licensor requests, drive product marketing asset development and rollout with various teams, and partner with regional marketing teams to understand business needs, retailer trends, and challenges, identifying growth opportunities and providing guidance on local plans. Furthermore, the Brand Manager will partner with AIM to brief and execute product research to support development and commercialization, help deliver impactful presentations to internal team members, licensing partners, and retail accounts, and provide timely and consistent communication of brand activity and key information to internal business and market partners.
