About the position

The Senior Staff Brand Manager will support exclusive games developed by Studios, reporting directly to the Group Manager of Global Brand Marketing. This role involves crafting the brand and global go-to-market marketing strategy for high-profile game titles, collaborating with global marketers and development studios.

Responsibilities

  • Define global brand and product strategy, including positioning and go-to-market approach based on market insights.
  • Partner with global cross-functional teams to achieve holistic global business results for the portfolio.
  • Accountable for the success of global marketing campaigns and ensure consistent brand representation.
  • Manage internal creative teams and external agencies to deliver marketing assets and programs.
  • Develop product marketing strategy for game titles in partnership with development studios, including target audiences and business models.
  • Provide consumer insights during game development through qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Manage the global marketing budget for the title.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of AAA Games and experience in the gaming industry.
  • Record of success in developing global consumer strategies and mass market marketing campaigns.
  • Broad experience in all facets of marketing including consumer insights and product positioning.
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders in a franchise brand vision.
  • Experience with licensed IP games and partnering with licensors.
  • Extensive knowledge of and passion for video games.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in platform marketing is a plus.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
