About the position

As part of the Integrated Marketing Communications Team at SharkNinja, the Brand Manager for Integrated Marketing Communications in the Beauty category will play a pivotal role in building, managing, and tracking all marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and conversion. This position requires collaboration with various cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Content Strategy, Creative, PR, Media, and Analytics, to effectively execute launch plans on a global scale. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing Above The Line (ATL) communications and will work closely with channel specialists to ensure deployment across all marketing channels. Additionally, the role involves close collaboration with regional marketing teams to ensure that local plans align with the overarching global strategy and objectives. The successful candidate will serve as a key stakeholder in media planning, creative strategy and concepting, social content creation, video production, and PR pitching and events. The ideal individual will possess a collaborative working style, a passion for making connections with cross-functional colleagues, strong organizational skills, and a sense of personal responsibility. Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive integrated marketing strategies that align with the company's marketing and business objectives
  • Brief and work closely with channel specialists and agencies on PR, Social, Retail, and Media planning and execution to deliver full-funnel campaigns
  • Partner with International IMC teams on Local execution of global strategy with local relevancy
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that provides engaging and relevant content across multiple platforms, that aligns with brand identity and audience needs, and that can be adapted for regional campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals
  • Brief creative assets to support all campaign plans and media flights

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of prior Marketing experience required, preferably with direct responsibility for brand strategy, messaging, positioning, and communications strategy and execution
  • Experience leveraging consumer insights to develop effective marketing programs and campaigns
  • Experience in creative strategy development, advertising, and launching new products
  • Experience in launching products globally across several different markets
  • Experience in the Beauty industry preferred
