As part of the Integrated Marketing Communications Team at SharkNinja, the Brand Manager for Integrated Marketing Communications in the Beauty category will play a pivotal role in building, managing, and tracking all marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and conversion. This position requires collaboration with various cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Content Strategy, Creative, PR, Media, and Analytics, to effectively execute launch plans on a global scale. The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing Above The Line (ATL) communications and will work closely with channel specialists to ensure deployment across all marketing channels. Additionally, the role involves close collaboration with regional marketing teams to ensure that local plans align with the overarching global strategy and objectives. The successful candidate will serve as a key stakeholder in media planning, creative strategy and concepting, social content creation, video production, and PR pitching and events.
