About the position

The Brand Manager at Beats by Dre will lead the development and execution of innovative brand marketing strategies to enhance Beats' position as a global leader in the audio electronics industry. This role involves collaboration with the Senior Brand Manager and Brand Director to ensure brand initiatives align with marketing objectives, delivering a cohesive brand message across various consumer touchpoints. The Brand Manager will drive impactful marketing efforts that engage target audiences and reflect Beats' influential presence in culture, sports, and music.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Senior Brand Manager and Brand Director to develop marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including media, social, PR, channel, and creative teams.
  • Facilitate global alignment by working with regional teams in EMEA and APAC.
  • Leverage consumer insights, market conditions, and competitor data to inform marketing plans.
  • Develop briefs, campaign recaps, and brand reporting in a timely manner.
  • Track, analyze, and present customer and business metrics to marketing leadership.
  • Create innovative campaigns that deliver on objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years in Brand Marketing with category-leading brands.
  • 5+ years in a Brand Marketing role with a category-leading brand.
  • Proven experience with culture and sports.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Global experience (study or work) preferred.
  • World-class marketing campaign experience.
  • Experience in developing integrated plans.
  • Creative, production, and project management experience.
