We are seeking a strategic and creative Brand Manager, Marketing & Campaigns to lead the development of our marketing calendar and the execution of our editorial content. The ideal candidate will have experience planning marketing campaigns, leading content creation, and maintaining brand consistency across multiple channels. This role requires a strategic marketer with a strong creative point of view and excellent project management skills to ensure timely and consistent delivery of marketing initiatives. In this position, you will be responsible for brand oversight, ensuring the integrity and perception of the brand through creative ownership. You will insist on developing editorial content that keeps the brand feeling fresh, relevant, and a leader in the field. Leading a team in producing high-quality, engaging editorial content that meets brand standards will be a key part of your role. You will also own the marketing calendar and the development of content required for execution. This includes creating a marketing calendar and promotion schedule by quarter, developing creative briefs that align with overall marketing goals, and maintaining calendar accuracy while communicating changes with the entire team. Summarizing weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will manage e-commerce tasks, including executing site refreshes, updating website layouts, and creating or improving product listings. You will oversee photoshoot and editorial planning, including scheduling, logistics, and budgeting for photoshoots, collaborating with photographers and creative teams, and ensuring post-production editing aligns with brand guidelines.
