About the position

The Senior Brand Manager of Marketing Innovation at Bel Brands USA will play a crucial role in revitalizing and shaping the innovation landscape for the Babybel and The Laughing Cow brands. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and drive innovation opportunities that align with brand strategies and customer demands, contributing to a robust innovation pipeline that fosters sustained growth.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the creation of a multi-year local US innovation pipeline that aligns with brand strategies.
  • Lead the localization of globally-led innovations for the US market.
  • Demonstrate curiosity for trends and insights to develop innovative product ideas.
  • Develop and validate launch strategies and complete marketing mix for new product launches.
  • Build and analyze 3-5 year volume projections, pricing strategies, and trade plans.
  • Provide cross-functional leadership from brief to post-launch.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience.

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $135,000 - $145,000
