About the position

The Brand Manager, Marketing - Isopure at Glanbia Performance Nutrition is responsible for leading and optimizing annual brand plans for Isopure, a key product in the company's portfolio. This role involves building brand equity, translating long-term strategies into actionable marketing plans, and collaborating with various teams to ensure effective execution. The Brand Manager will analyze market trends, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to maximize profitability and brand performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, direct, and optimize annual brand plans for Isopure.
  • Build brand equity and translate long-term strategy into annual marketing plans.
  • Collaborate closely with integrated marketing, creative, and partner agencies.
  • Develop and implement annual brand plans and monitor brand performance using data tools.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to support long-term strategy development.
  • Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing strategies based on feedback.
  • Manage and report on brand budget to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor timelines and key milestones for efficient delivery of projects.
  • Brief and manage internal processes for media plans and creative deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Integrated Marketing, Creative, Insights & Analytics, and Sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar industry, preferably consumer packaged goods.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for health & wellness.
  • Effective communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to persuade audiences.
  • Proven ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented with high initiative and assertiveness.
  • Strong project management skills, particularly in cross-functional settings.
  • Experience in P&L and budget management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the sports nutrition industry.
  • Familiarity with syndicated data and marketing mix tools.
