As a Brand Manager for the Oscar Mayer Bacon business, you will play a pivotal role in creating customer demand and driving strategic decisions that impact the brand's success. This position requires a strong leader who can navigate the complexities of portfolio and forecast strategy while taking full ownership of the brand's P&L. You will be responsible for managing customer marketing initiatives, leading commercialization efforts, and developing comprehensive plans to achieve both annual and long-term financial goals. Your role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams, including category marketing, sales, finance, and operations, ensuring that all projects and priorities are aligned and moving forward effectively. In this dynamic role, you will steer the development and execution of the Annual Operating Plan for Oscar Mayer Bacon, closely monitoring business performance and identifying necessary actions to enhance key metrics such as market share, volume, and revenue trends. You will own the Monthly Business Review and Performance Process, which includes developing and managing a driver-based business and forecast model, as well as addressing brand business hot topics. Your ability to assess the financial viability, operational feasibility, and strategic fit of brand activities will be crucial in driving the brand's success. Additionally, you will cultivate a strong relationship with the Sales team to develop strategic customer programs and track the execution of approved plans. Crafting compelling sales stories to drive growth and distribution for both new and existing SKUs will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. You will also oversee program execution and the advancement of commercialization efforts across customer innovation, supply chain continuity, and value engineering. Partnering with Brand Communications and Omnishopper teams will be essential to ensure that the brand strategy is consistently brought to life at every consumer touchpoint.
