About the position

The Brand Manager - National Activation & Measurement at Church & Dwight Co, Inc. is responsible for planning and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for the Hero brand. This role focuses on achieving brand KPIs and revenue goals through innovative campaigns and partnerships, while managing the brand's marketing budget and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead annual brand planning process and develop best-in-class marketing plans in collaboration with key marketing leads and agency partners.
  • Act as the key lead for developing awareness campaigns for 2025 and beyond, coordinating efforts across marketing and creative teams.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign management, including strategy setting, messaging development, content creation, and performance management.
  • Develop copy and content across channels, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards in partnership with marketing leads and agencies.
  • Manage established branded partnerships and evaluate new collaboration opportunities for 2025 and beyond.
  • Own the development and execution of derm and sustainability strategies for the brand.
  • Act as the brand lead for public relations, partnering with PR agencies and influencer teams to amplify brand strategies across national channels.
  • Manage the total brand marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in brand management or related field.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand growth and revenue.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience in budget management and financial planning for marketing initiatives.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the consumer goods industry, particularly in brand activation and measurement.
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices and strategies in marketing.
  • Knowledge of public relations and influencer marketing.
