About the position

The Brand Manager for Omnichannel Marketing at Kimberly-Clark plays a crucial role in enhancing shopper engagement and driving marketing strategies for iconic brands at Walmart. This individual contributor position focuses on developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, optimizing digital media strategies, and fostering strong partnerships with retailers to ensure successful brand positioning and category growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead in delivering the annual omni-channel marketing plans for Kimberly-Clark at Walmart.
  • Activate, analyze and optimize Search and Display Media on retailer sites: develop strategies, plan, allocate budget, and drive execution and analyze and optimize for performance.
  • Influence retailer media teams to develop customized products/media properties that help deliver brand/category strategies.
  • Lead the development and execution of differentiated, omni-channel Shopper Marketing with Walmart across retailer assets, including digital product content, retailer media and personalization programs, and fulfillment option programs.
  • Build strategic relationships and act as Marketing liaison to Walmart, understanding priorities, processes & requirements, sharing thought leadership, and driving program sell-in.
  • Partner with Sales, Insights and Digital teams to identify barriers and opportunities with Walmart, in order to develop win-win programs for brands, shoppers and Walmart.
  • Actively collaborate with Brand Teams, Customer Teams, Sales, Insights, Category Leadership and other functions to support Joint Business Planning and program execution.
  • Analyze data and communicate about marketing program impact, lessons learned and ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Engage with agency partners to drive optimization, creative development, execution of marketing requirements, stakeholder engagement, execute analytical plan and achieve program success metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing.
  • Prior CPG experience.
  • Ability to analyze relevant data, insights and information to identify opportunities, develop strategies and execute plans to address.
  • Ability to lead, collaborate, communicate and influence across the organization and with retailers.
  • Ability to think and act strategically and to drive commercial planning and execution.
  • Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management skills and analytical capabilities.
