About the position

The SEO Manager at Adient India Private Limited plays a crucial role in the Portfolio Strategy & Activation team, focusing on executing the SEO strategy for the Zoetis Petcare Network. This position requires a collaborative, detail-oriented individual who is a self-starter and creative problem solver, responsible for conducting SEO research, improving technical SEO performance, and managing on-page and off-page SEO efforts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct SEO research and keyword analysis.
• Improve technical SEO performance by recommending fixes to the development team.
• Optimize site architecture and crawling functions.
• Manage on-page SEO by optimizing pages for search engines.
• Execute off-page SEO strategies including link building and digital PR.
• Perform monthly tracking and reporting for key SEO metrics.
• Collaborate with various teams to advance SEO-related projects.
• Communicate technical SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of SEO experience with a focus on both technical and content aspects.
• Experience with Content Management Systems and SEO tools like SEMRush and Google Analytics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UX.
