About the position

The Brand Marketing Associate Manager plays a crucial role in the North America marketing organization at Merz Aesthetics, focusing on the Toxins brand. This position is responsible for supporting the brand marketing strategy and executing tactical programs, including the development of marketing materials and tracking sales programs to ensure a best-in-class marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage the development of marketing campaign materials from start to finish with relevant cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead and manage the development and approval process of copy and design for marketing materials.
• Launch finished materials into the market, including uploading to online portals and sharing documents with internal teams.
• Track and report material usage and campaign impact.
• Communicate actively with the Director of Brand Marketing regarding project updates and problem-solving.
• Lead communication with agency partners and cross-functional stakeholders, including creative agency and regulatory teams.
• Create launch timelines and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Engage with the commercial analytics team to uncover business insights.
• Collaborate with Global Marketing and R&D counterparts for best practice sharing.
• Craft and deliver field communications in collaboration with the sales/marketing communication team.
• Manage the HCP Contracting process for KOL initiatives and track project budgets.
• Evaluate weekly inventory reports of marketing materials and ensure the marketing storefront is updated.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of marketing or project management experience.
• Strong project management and/or marketing skills with experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and data analysis via Tableau.
• Strong organization, communication, and prioritization skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience/knowledge of Veeva, Ariba, Icertis, Porzio Engage.
• Familiarity with Tableau.
