About the position

The Brand & Marketing Communications Manager at Clean Earth is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and engagement across various channels. This role involves managing traditional and digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, tradeshows, and the creation of marketing collateral to support sales initiatives. The manager will also coordinate marketing events and ensure effective communication of the company's services to target verticals.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and optimize traditional marketing channels focused on delivering value-add content to target verticals.
• Build and execute company social media plans, including organic and paid campaigns.
• Develop unique content to drive brand awareness and engagement, including testimonial and educational videos.
• Lead the development and publication of internal training materials and sales collateral.
• Coordinate and manage tradeshows with a focus on lead generation and brand awareness.
• Manage logistics for marketing events, including registrations and promotional items.
• Oversee contract management of commercial memberships and sponsorships.
• Manage lead generation subscriptions and marketing support tools.
• Coordinate digital business cards ensuring brand standards and lead generation benefits.
• Fulfill RCRA DOT online trainings and manage related campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a marketing or related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven experience in content writing.
• In-depth knowledge of social media marketing and experience with management of social media platforms.
• Ability to think creatively and contribute to innovative marketing strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
