As the Marketing Coordinator, you will act as the liaison between clients and consumers, discussing and delivering promotional offerings. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining collaborative relationships with team members to foster a high-functioning and creative environment. In this role, you will coordinate projects and strategically plan marketing campaigns. You will help develop effective sales materials, including pitches, training content, and onboarding materials that support the Customer Service and Sales Departments. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing marketing strategies that continuously optimize the customer experience. Daily campaign meetings with management will be a part of your routine, where you will discuss market design, expected production goals, and other relevant topics as they arise.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the liaison between client and consumer to discuss and deliver promotional offerings.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with team members to produce a high-functioning, collaborative, and creative environment.
  • Coordinate projects and strategic planning for designated marketing campaigns.
  • Help develop effective sales materials including pitch, training content, and onboarding material focused on supporting the development of the Customer Service & Sales Departments.
  • Develop marketing strategies that continuously optimize the customer experience.
  • Attend daily campaign meetings with management to discuss the designated market, expected production goals, and other related topics.
