About the position

The Brand Marketing Coordinator at Eileen Fisher will support the Brand Marketing Director and SVP of Marketing, focusing on brand storytelling and wholesale marketing. This hybrid role involves ensuring effective cross-functional communication, managing creative briefs, and overseeing the execution of marketing plans and assets.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in the creation of marketing plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Write and submit creative briefs for marketing assets; route for necessary approvals, and coordinate distribution to end-users.
• Follow-up on execution and share recaps with stakeholders.
• Assist the Director of Brand Marketing in all aspects of wholesale marketing needs and select retail and brand marketing assets.
• Own the continual updating of the brand calendar and team deadlines.
• Project manage and distribute monthly product knowledge tools to the DTC and wholesale teams.
• Track down and synthesize information into marketing presentations for sharing out advance plans and recapping after execution.
• Support various marketing functions with logistical tasks like creating distros for print materials, tracking budgets and submitting invoices, coordinating communications, and updating shared calendars.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Fashion Merchandising preferred.
• 2-3 years working experience in a professional role, preferably in an agency or company with a strong brand identity.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to establish effective relationships with internal and external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with grace, accuracy, and accountability.
