The Brand Marketing Director at Henkel is responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of brand marketing initiatives aimed at driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role encompasses overseeing brand positioning, integrated marketing campaigns, and customer communications, requiring a visionary marketer with strong leadership skills and a passion for brand-building.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all platforms.
  • Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, media, and retail channels.
  • Leverage an understanding of the retail home center environment to influence marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Develop marketing strategies that resonate with the traditional pro market, including professional contractors, builders, and trade professionals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and results.
  • Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Oversee the development of all brand communication assets, including advertising, packaging, and promotional materials.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships that amplify brand visibility and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully building and managing iconic brands.
  • Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience managing large budgets and working with external agencies.
