We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Marketing Manager to elevate our brand presence for Ansys Government Initiatives (AGI) and drive strategic cross-functional initiatives that strengthen our position with U.S. government customers. This role is pivotal in aligning the Ansys brand strategy with AGI objectives, ensuring cohesive and impactful execution across all marketing channels. The ideal candidate will blend creativity with a metrics-driven approach to enhance our market position and deliver a consistent AGI brand message. This position will report to the Manager, Corporate Campaigns & Events for Ansys. The Corporate Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that align with AGI's business objectives. This includes overseeing the creation and maintenance of AGI brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity. The manager will analyze market trends and government customer insights to refine AGI brand positioning and differentiation. Collaboration is key in this role, as the manager will work closely with product, sales, customer excellence, and other teams to integrate marketing initiatives across the company. Leading cross-functional teams to execute AGI-specific marketing campaigns and events will be essential, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals. In addition, the manager will craft clear and persuasive messaging for internal and external communications, reflecting the unique value proposition of AGI while fully aligning with the Ansys brand. Developing compelling content for various platforms, including digital, print, and social media, will enhance AGI brand awareness and engagement. The manager will also measure and analyze the effectiveness of brand campaigns and events through key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies, particularly those unique to government customers. Conducting competitive analysis and market research will inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
