About the position

The Brand Marketing Manager at Bellagio is a pivotal role responsible for executing the brand strategy and marketing activations across the property. This position is integral to the marketing team and will report directly to the Director of Marketing Activation. The Brand Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with various marketing Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure that all marketing initiatives align with the overall brand strategy and objectives. The role requires a proactive approach to project management, overseeing both planned and ad-hoc marketing campaigns on-property. This includes managing the day-to-day development of campaigns and ensuring that all marketing efforts are executed seamlessly. In this role, the Brand Marketing Manager will partner with central marketing teams to develop creative materials necessary for on-property activation. This involves ensuring the timely delivery of creative assets as per the brief and conducting quality checks on all content to maintain high standards. Collaboration with the Entertainment and Events teams is also essential to manage on-property activations that align with the strategic marketing goals. Additionally, the Brand Marketing Manager will prepare key materials for the Director for meetings with property vertical leaders and corporate stakeholders, ensuring that all presentations and reports are comprehensive and informative. Another critical aspect of this position is the auditing of the property’s website and third-party content on a weekly basis. The Brand Marketing Manager will aggregate required changes and updates from key stakeholders, ensuring that all content on the website is accurate and up-to-date. This attention to detail is crucial for maintaining the integrity of the brand and providing guests with the most current information about the property.

Responsibilities

  • Project manage planned and ad-hoc marketing campaigns on-property.
  • Manage the day-to-day campaign development and partner closely with marketing COEs & property partners.
  • Partner with central marketing teams to develop creative materials required for on-property activation.
  • Ensure delivery of creative assets per brief and quality check content.
  • Collaborate with Entertainment and Events teams to manage on-property activation aligned to strategy.
  • Prepare key materials for Director for meetings with property vertical leaders and Corporate.
  • Audit website/3rd party content weekly and aggregate required changes to Director.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Marketing, Advertising, Events, Media, or in a related field within the hospitality/gaming industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field; or equivalent education and work experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proven track record in developing and delivering complex and strategic marketing plans and projects with positive, measurable results.
  • Master's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
