About the position

The Brand Marketing Manager for Creators at Meta is responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing programs aimed at engaging global creators. This role involves collaborating with a dedicated team to create innovative campaigns that resonate with youth culture and inspire creator action, ultimately amplifying Meta's brand vision.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead end-to-end development of marketing programs and go-to-market strategy for creator marketing programs.
• Keep the pulse on creator, industry and cultural evolutions to identify opportunities for the brand.
• Develop strategic creative briefs that align with business objectives and brand strategy.
• Manage and brief agency partners to enable them to execute their best work.
• Drive alignment and partner closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and deliver integrated programs.
• Develop and share channel marketing best practices and bring continuous innovation to creator touchpoints.
• Develop measurable KPIs and track performance of campaigns to provide data-backed insights.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in managing and executing creator or consumer-facing integrated campaigns.
• Experience in leading and working in matrixed teams and organizations.
• Experience leading and working with high-performing creative and media agencies.
• Proven track record of influencing effectively cross-functionally across all levels of management.
• Experience building brands for young adult and creator audiences.
• Knowledge of creator or young adult audiences, with demonstrated experience utilizing audience research and data.
