As the global brand marketing manager at SCAD, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance customer experiences and recruitment opportunities on a global scale. This position requires a deep understanding of brand and cultural nuances, particularly as you will be managing SCAD's WeChat channel and collaborating closely with the associate director of international marketing. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining content calendars for SCAD's Global and APAC social channels, as well as supporting work-study management and hiring processes. You will be tasked with daily project tracking and assisting in the creation of marketing collateral in multiple languages, including French, Korean, Spanish, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. Additionally, you will optimize content trends and platforms through thorough competitive analysis and research. In this role, you will also manage the SCAD Chinese Microsite, working alongside internal teams to generate assets and translations, while coordinating with external agencies to support the creation and execution of international marketing campaigns. Your strategic initiatives will focus on driving SCAD's recruitment, admission, retention, reputation, and rankings through innovative activations and contributions to the overall marketing plan. You will utilize social insights tools to analyze content performance, derive actionable insights, and support the social marketing manager and associate director in publishing paid social ad campaigns across SCAD's social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic and technical skills, with a strong ability to inspire customer engagement initiatives. This highly collaborative position requires effective communication and coordination with both internal and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of a comprehensive 360-marketing strategy that aligns with SCAD's brand image objectives. Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential, with proficiency in additional languages being a significant advantage. A solid understanding of luxury brand management, experience in presenting to senior management, and the ability to create compelling executive-level communications are also critical for success in this role.
