About the position

The Brand Marketing Manager for Golf at Ralph Lauren is responsible for managing the RLX Ralph Lauren brand strategy, focusing on elevating its desirability among younger customers while engaging existing loyalists. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders, and overseeing sponsorships and events related to the brand. The position aims to integrate marketing efforts with business objectives to drive sales across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the RLX Ralph Lauren brand strategy and translate it to North America Wholesale.
  • Develop, launch, and measure impactful 360-degree marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate on establishing seasonal marketing strategies with the Brand Marketing Lead, RLX.
  • Support the alignment of strategic marketing campaigns and lead omnichannel activations.
  • Act as a key contact for internal and external teams in developing marketing materials.
  • Manage budgets and timelines for marketing projects.
  • Evaluate customer segmentation and micro-targeting based on insights.
  • Lead marketing meetings with cross-functional teams and prepare presentations for various audiences.
  • Partner with the Digital Content & Operations team on performance marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience in a multi-channel marketing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead successful campaigns from strategic development to implementation and analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with business partners.

  • Experience in sports marketing or a sports background.
