About the position

The Brand Marketing Manager (Korean) will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that resonate with consumers and enhance brand presence in the market. This role requires a blend of creativity and data-driven insights, focusing on campaign management, agency collaboration, and performance marketing. The manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the brand's mission and values, while also overseeing marketing communications, consumer insights, and design initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual marketing communication planning process in collaboration with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams.
  • Craft strategic vision for content and engagement strategies across all channels.
  • Develop and implement social media strategy in partnership with the social media agency.
  • Assist in the digital ecosystem strategy, including website and email marketing, and provide analysis for optimization.
  • Design marketing activations based on consumer insights to drive behavior change.
  • Enhance consumer UX by applying consumer journeys to marketing strategies.
  • Write strategic marketing briefs to inspire impactful ideas aligned with brand needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop integrated communications programs.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable marketing communications objectives and briefs.
  • Foster relationships with external marketing channel specialists to activate marketing plans.
  • Establish success metrics and KPIs for integrated marketing programs.
  • Communicate complex ideas effectively and influence stakeholders.
  • Manage a marketing specialist and guide her career development.
  • Oversee the design function, providing leadership for brand identity and creative processes.
  • Lead consumer research projects and share results with teams.
  • Develop and manage the annual marketing budget and agency relationships.
  • Create concepts for company-wide tradeshow booths.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in CPG brand marketing, particularly in digital and social media.
  • Experience in perishable foods category brand marketing is a plus.
  • Rich experience in integrated marketing campaigns including digital, social, e-commerce, and in-store promotions.
  • Strong performance marketing background.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong project management skills and work ethic.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.
