About the position

The Brand Marketing Manager for Robert Mondavi Private Selection (RMPS) at Constellation Brands is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive business growth. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing brand projects, and leading an Associate Brand Manager. The position requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to influence stakeholders across various levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic and annual marketing plans addressing all aspects of the marketing mix.
• Manage and develop an Associate Brand Manager.
• Work with sales leadership and distributor personnel to develop retail marketing programs.
• Perform ongoing business and competitive analyses, providing recommendations to Senior Management.
• Manage brand projects and overall budget allocation, preparing presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Lead the development and execution of the innovation pipeline.
• Visit key markets to support market blitzes and new product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience in Brand/Marketing Management in a consumer products company.
• Proven success in building strong cross-functional relationships and coaching direct reports.
• Experience in developing trade/promo strategies and materials.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.
• Experience in identifying key consumer insights and developing brand strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and writing.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with solid financial acumen.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
