The Brand Marketing Manager will oversee the growth and development of equity and awareness for PinSeeker, and support the content & brand initiatives for the broader Foresight Sports portfolio. This role is pivotal in curating user tournaments and content within PinSeeker, while also proactively conceptualizing and selling sponsored tournaments that drive revenue. A strong ability to prioritize, facilitate, and communicate will ensure that this individual increases the value of the Marketing team to the organization. This position reports to the Marketing Director and is based out of our San Diego office. As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will have an opportunity to develop a plan and strategic vision for the brand, aimed at increasing user base, awareness, and equity. You will serve as Tournament Director for PinSeeker, developing and executing both short and long-term events, both digitally and in person, along with the associated collateral required to publicize them. Establishing, refining, and pitching PinSeeker sponsorship opportunities that grow the brand and earn revenue will be a key responsibility. You will proactively communicate and liaise across the organization to inform, marshal resources, and ensure alignment. Additionally, you will support Marketing initiatives with multimedia content, which includes video, still photography & digital imagery, copy, and audio. Collaborating with the broader Marketing team to identify, create, and distribute sales support materials to educate potential customers about our products will also be part of your role. Driving brand, process, and personnel improvement throughout the department will be essential, especially during regular meetings and significant events such as the PGA Show.
