The Brand Marketing Manager position is a pivotal role within our Brand Marketing team, focusing on a robust portfolio of high-volume, fine wine brands. We are seeking an energetic, analytical, and collaborative individual with a creative mindset and progressive experience in Brand and Trade Marketing, particularly within the wine industry. This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing a consumer-centric brand marketing strategy, as well as executing various programming and activations across New York and New Jersey. In this position, you will be responsible for the development and execution of brand plans, ongoing business analytics, media campaigns, sponsorships, event activations, and budget management. You will lead cross-functional teams and drive insight-led innovation strategies, ensuring that all marketing efforts align with the overall brand vision. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you monitor brand health performance using internal and external data resources, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance brand performance. Additionally, you will manage project execution across various channels, including PR/media, advertising campaigns, consumer promotions, and digital/social media. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners will be key to bringing brand communications to life and engaging consumers effectively. You will also participate in market visits to stay updated on trends and work closely with the sales team to communicate marketing plans and manage day-to-day requests.
