About the position

The Brand Marketing Manager for Golf at Ralph Lauren is responsible for managing the RLX Ralph Lauren brand strategy, with a focus on enhancing brand desirability and integrating marketing efforts into the overall business vision to drive sales across all channels. This role encompasses oversight of the World of Ralph Lauren Sports, including Men's, Women's, and Kids' categories, as well as managing sponsorships. The manager will work closely with the Brand Marketing Lead to develop seasonal marketing strategies and lead comprehensive 360-degree campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Brand Marketing Lead in aligning strategic marketing campaigns and lead omnichannel activations.
  • Act as a key contact for internal and external teams in developing and executing marketing materials.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and the development of seasonal collateral.
  • Evaluate customer segmentation and micro-targeting based on insights.
  • Lead marketing meetings and prepare presentations for various audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute performance marketing initiatives.
