About the position

The Brand Marketing Manager at ELIA Group is responsible for enhancing the company's brand presence and driving market success through innovative branding initiatives. This role involves developing and executing brand strategies, managing integrated marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all channels. The manager will oversee the production of branding materials and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with overall marketing objectives, focusing on driving brand awareness and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Implement brand strategies to enhance the company's image and positioning in the market.
  • Execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote the brand and its offerings, including digital, print, social media, and experiential marketing.
  • Ideate and coordinate branded events, promotions, and experiences to drive brand visibility and engagement.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, operations, and creative, to ensure brand consistency and support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Maintain and strengthen brand identity across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency in messaging, visual elements, and tone.
  • Oversee creative development and ensure that all marketing materials and campaigns align with the brand's identity and messaging.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on F&B, events, or entertainment marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in brand management and marketing, with a successful track record of developing and executing brand strategies that enhance market positioning and drive growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to create impactful and cohesive campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Experience in ideating, planning, and executing branded events and promotions.
  • Proven ability to drive brand visibility and engagement through creative event strategies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a history of working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and creative departments, to ensure brand consistency and support integrated marketing efforts.
  • In-depth understanding of brand identity principles and experience in maintaining and strengthening brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
