The Brand Marketing Manager for Lauren Ralph Lauren plays a pivotal role within the Women's division, focusing on managing all marketing initiatives that support the North American Wholesale business lines, which include Apparel, Accessories, Footwear, and Licensing partnerships at designated retailers. This position is not only about driving marketing strategies for the Women's division but also encompasses a broader responsibility across the entire World of Ralph Lauren, which includes oversight of relationships across various business families such as Men's, Women's, Kids, and Home. The Brand Marketing Manager will be instrumental in building brand desirability and developing marketing strategies that align with the business goals of wholesale channels, particularly in North America department stores, specialty stores, and digital pure plays. In this role, the Brand Marketing Manager will support the Brand Marketing Lead for Women's by ensuring alignment of strategic marketing campaigns and leading omnichannel activations. This includes acting as a key contact for both internal and external teams in the development, execution, and communication of marketing materials that cater to all strategic wholesale marketing needs. The manager will oversee the development and execution of seasonal collateral, evaluate customer segmentation, and micro-targeting based on customer insights. Additionally, they will manage all aspects of the marketing budget and billing process, develop a deep understanding of the wholesale business, including the competitive landscape, and proactively seek out marketing insights and consumer trends to support the business and establish best practices. The role also involves leading marketing meetings with cross-functional teams, preparing and delivering presentations for various audiences, including seasonal planning and recap decks, and partnering with other Families of Business to execute cross-divisional programs that enhance brand awareness and drive sales. Close collaboration with potential reports will be essential to support continued growth and development within the team.
